Routine planning, with nothing happening.
It never reaches you. Thrown-out moments cost you no review time and no render.
Pick your channels and leave your PC on. VodMine watches them, records when they go live, judges every spike, and cuts the keepers to 9:16 with captions and a hook, with nobody at the keyboard. You come back to finished clips and press Post on the ones you like, or turn on Autopilot and it posts them on your schedule. Pay once and use it forever.
Most of a stream gets thrown out. This sample timeline is cut open, so pick a gold moment to watch a real VodMine clip and read what the judge said about it.
The line is chat speed. A shaft drops from each spike to a moment, and deeper means a higher score. The gold ones were kept.

IShowSpeed

Hook: his friend was finally free... then cops took him out
At 1:40:44
Chat spiked on a word-guessing game, not on anything in the stream.

Kai Cenat
The unexpected photo triggers an explosive, highly expressive reaction, followed by the satisfying payoff of an apology and restored trust.
Hook: Kai trusted his friend with the photo... then one click ruined everything
At 3:33:02

Jynxzi
Jynxzi turns a tiny failed hotwire click into an escalating meltdown, with the shouted “GET OUT OF MY PC, SATAN” as a clear emotional payoff.
Hook: “GET OUT OF MY PC, SATAN” 😳
xQc
A clear live-action Shrek reveal gives viewers an instant visual hook, followed by xQc’s surprised reaction and chat going wild.
Hook: xQc encounters live-action Shrek on stream 😳
The timeline and the thrown-out moments are samples. The kept ones are real VodMine clips from four separate streams, with the scores and reasons the judge gave them. IShowSpeed, Kai Cenat, Jynxzi and xQc have no connection to VodMine and don't endorse it.
| Who | What |
|---|---|
| VodMine, by itself | Watches your channels, notices when they go live, records, flags the spikes, judges them, cuts the keepers, and writes the captions and hooks. It works through any VODs you line up, and restarts a recording if it drops. |
| You, once | Install it, connect an AI and add your channels. |
| You, after that | Leave the PC on, watch the finished clips and press Post. TikTok requires that last part. |
Left alone, it needs an AI that's always there, like a key or local AI. Free tiers have daily limits, and a chat plan only works while your chat is open. We can't promise views or money, and nobody honest can. VodMine does the hours of watching and cutting. What you earn depends on your clips, your accounts and each platform's rules.
| Step | What VodMine does | Runs on |
|---|---|---|
| Watch | Give it a channel and it records whenever they go live, keeping a rolling 20 minutes. Or give it a finished VOD. | Your PC |
| Flag | Chat speed, loudness and YouTube's most-replayed graph mark the spikes. Each chat is measured against its own normal, so a huge chat doesn't flag everything. | Your PC |
| Judge | An AI rates each moment against a written rubric: the first 3 seconds, whether a stranger gets it, the payoff. Below the minimum score you set, it's out, and you can read why. | The AI you choose |
| Cut | Starts on the setup and ends just after the payoff, at whatever length the moment needs. | The AI you choose |
| Package | Facecam over gameplay, word-by-word captions, a one-line hook, a title and hashtags. Flagged words get reworded or masked. | Your PC, and the AI you choose |
| Review | You approve or reject. Every call becomes an example the judge reads next time, so it picks up your taste. | You |
| Post | Press Post to send it through your own Zernio account, or download it and post it yourself. Nothing goes out on its own. | You |
These came straight from the renderer at 1080 by 1920, with a hook, captions on the action and no watermark. Rendering takes 2 to 12 minutes a clip on a 4-core laptop, with no graphics card needed.

VodMine doesn't sell AI credits. Each job can use a different model, so a free one can write titles while a better one judges. Your keys stay in Windows Credential Manager, and they only ever go to the service they belong to.
Free ways in: OpenRouter's free models, Gemini's free tier, or Ollama and LM Studio on your own PC. Plans you already pay for: connect Claude Code or Codex and they do the judging while your chat is open. API keys: Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, MiniMax, Moonshot, Z.ai, Alibaba, ByteDance, or any compatible address.
During the beta, MiniMax, Claude Code and Codex have been tested for real. The other services are built from their docs and get tested as beta users connect them.
| Scout | Reads the whole transcript and proposes moments |
|---|---|
| Watcher | Watches each moment and reports what actually happens. Our sight test shows which models can really do this. |
| Judge | Rates each moment, and code works out the score |
| Editor | Picks the exact start and end |
| Packager | Writes the hook, title and caption |
| Hook Critic | Asks whether a stranger would stop for this hook |
| Final Check | Confirms the hook matches what the clip shows |

The typical price is the starter plans of OpusClip and StreamLadder. Paid plans at OpusClip, StreamLadder, Eklipse, Klap, Vizard, Spikes Studio, ClipFarmer and StreamClipping AI all renew. Live clipping, as they list it: Eklipse on its $39.99 a month plan, ClipFarmer from $9 a month with 4 channels and 50 clips, and StreamClipping AI from €190 a year for up to 2 hours straight. All checked November 1, 2026. Other tools differ. The bottom two rows are where they beat us.
Yes, once it's set up. Keep its window open and the PC awake, and it watches your channels, records, judges and cuts without you. Finished clips wait on the review page, and that's where you press Post. Free AI tiers have daily limits and a chat plan only works while your chat is open, so use a key or local AI to run it all night.
We don't promise that. Clippers earn from creator payouts and Whop campaigns, but what you make depends on your clips, your accounts and each platform's rules. VodMine saves you the hours of watching and cutting.
Your license doesn't expire and you won't pay a subscription for it. It checks in about once a month to confirm the license, and updates keep it working as things change. We can't promise Twitch, YouTube or your AI service will never change in a way that stops it working.
You get the whole product now, with rough edges, and fixes arrive as updates. It isn't code-signed yet, so Windows warns you when you install it. We reserve the right to change how VodMine launches after the beta, but if you buy during the beta, your copy is yours forever.
No. Cuts, layout, captions and hooks are done for you. You watch the result and decide. You can fix the title and caption before you post.
No. TikTok's rules bar apps from adding one, and we wouldn't anyway.
VodMine itself charges nothing per clip. Free AI tiers exist but have limits, around 50 requests a day on OpenRouter's free models. Paid keys bill you directly. Zernio, if you use it to post, is free for up to 2 connected accounts. Three accounts cost $6 a month, and that's Zernio's price, not ours.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, with 8 GB of memory at the least, 16 GB to be comfortable, and 20 GB free. No graphics card needed. A 4-core laptop renders a clip in 2 to 12 minutes.
Only if you turn on Autopilot. Then it can approve clips that score high enough and post them to the accounts you pick, right away or at the times you set, up to a daily limit. TikTok gets drafts you post from the TikTok app, unless you switch it to posting straight away. That goes against TikTok's rule that you confirm each post yourself, so it could cost you the account, and that's your call. With Autopilot off, nothing goes out until you press Post.
It clips from Twitch and YouTube. It posts to TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels through your own Zernio account, or you can download any clip and post it anywhere.
That's between you, the streamer and the platform. Many streamers welcome clippers and many campaigns pay for it, but you're responsible for having the right. TikTok's rules for apps also bar copying content from other platforms through an app, so read them, and post by hand if you're unsure.
After it checks in around day 8, the license keeps working for up to 30 days without a connection. Downloading streams needs the internet, and so does judging, unless you run AI locally with Ollama or LM Studio.
Your clips, reviews and keys stay on your PC. Our license service sees your license key and a scrambled PC id, and that's all. What you send to an AI service goes under its own terms. See the privacy policy.
Full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as VodMine hasn't made any clips for you.
