VodMine

Terms of use

DRAFT. A lawyer hasn't reviewed this.

VodMine is sold by SignalPoint Software, a trade name of SignalPoint Systems LLC, a Kansas company ("we"). By installing or using VodMine you agree to these terms.

What you're buying

A license for one person to use VodMine on one PC at a time. It doesn't expire. You may move it to another PC. You may not share it, resell it, or try to get around its license check.

You run it

VodMine runs on your PC with your own accounts and keys. We don't host your clips, see your keys, or post anything for you. Clips only go out when you press Post, when Autopilot posts them under rules you set, or when you post them yourself.

You're responsible for what you clip and post

You choose the sources, and you decide what gets posted. You need the right to use and post what you clip, and you must follow the rules of every platform and service you use, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, Zernio, Whop, and any AI service. Those rules can change, and any of those services can limit or end your account. That isn't something we control.

VodMine masks flagged words and shows you what its AI suggests, but it can make mistakes. Watch every clip before you post it. If you turn on Autopilot, it approves and posts clips without you watching them first, and you're responsible for what it posts.

Other services

VodMine connects to services you choose, using keys you provide. They bill you directly and have their own terms. What you send them goes under their privacy policies, and some free tiers may use it for training. VodMine tells you where it knows this, but check for yourself.

Updates and the beta

VodMine checks for signed updates, and for new model names and judging guidance. It also updates its video downloader by itself, so that downloads keep working. You choose when to install an app update.

VodMine is in beta, so expect bugs and changes. We reserve the right to change how VodMine is sold after the beta. If you buy during the beta, your license is yours forever, and you'll never be charged a recurring fee for it. A hosted version would be a separate product.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as VodMine hasn't made any clips for you. A clip counts as made once VodMine finishes rendering it, including clips it renders by itself from a source you added. VodMine tells our license service when it has made its first clip, which is how we check this. To ask for a refund, write to melvin@signalpointsystems.com. A refund ends the license. The copy keeps working until its current license period ends. During the refund period, that's about a day after those 7 days at the latest. After that, it can be up to 30 days.

No warranty

VodMine is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We don't promise it will make you views or money, that any clip will be accepted by a platform, or that a third-party service will keep working with it.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost earnings or a suspended account. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for VodMine. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending

These terms end if you break them. You can stop at any time by uninstalling VodMine.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Kansas, United States.
